Season your veggies with this blend for a bright and robust dish. Made on the grill for a foolproof side for your next barbeque.

Makes 8 servings. 28 g (1 oz)

All you need:
- Grilled Vegetable seasoning (included)
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 4 bell peppers, seeded and halved
- 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise into ½ inch slices
- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 red onion, cut in half
Note: For less servings cut all the portions in half, and keep half the remaining seasoning for a second use.

All you do:
In a large bowl, combine the Grilled Vegetable seasoning blend with olive oil, set aside 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the mix for later. Place the cut vegetables in the bowl, and toss to coat well. Grill vegetables on medium/high heat for 4-5 minutes each side or to desired tenderness. Before serving toss with the remaining 30 ml (2 tbsp) of reserved marinade.
Note: Mushrooms will absorb more seasoning which may result in a saltier taste.
